Unidata WPU-7800G

I , we got a couples of wifi wpu-7800 and on a regular basis, everything going right. But after a certain amount of time, for some reason, if we try to call these phone, they dont ring, like if it was in a deep sleepmode, if that "sleep phone" try to do a call, it works.

anybody has a clue ?

we testet some wifi Unidata pgones without any problems.. can you can logs in 3cx or wiresahrk for that incoming calls for that phones?

I'm trying to get this phone to work with 3cx 12.x server, is there some one who can give me some advise how to configure it ?
I try to put in domain and 1_st proxy the ip of 3cx server but nothing happens,
