Hi Guys,

I did have this remote extension previously working, I had issues with our 3cx VM and restored from backup last week and since then remote extensions aren't able to call.

I am not able to dial internal extensions, and when dialing *777 I am also getting a declined. ( remotely)

Any IP Phones in the office are working okay, and also able to dial the remote extension and make a successful call.

System info below;

Version: Standard Annual 16.0.3.676
OS: Debian ( 3cx image v16)
Hosted: Onsite in office
Yealink TG48G ; Firmware T48-35.83.0.120.rom
Trunk Provider: DID Logic
Firewall Check passed
Not using Phone Templates
