I downloaded and installed the Free version of the PBX and I am testing it using 3cx Softphone and a VOIP Router with 2 analog extentions. Calls within extention work fine (between softphone and analog phones),outbound calls with 3cx softphone also work OK, but I cannot place a outbound calls from extention conected to the router (192.168.1.10) ... on 3cx debug sreen says "unidentified incoming call ..". (Server´s IP is 192.168.1.100 )

You may be having a problem using a router (as your system router) with inbuilt ATA devices. As these as generally designed to be used with a VoIP provider on the Internet, the ATA portion is usually on the WAN side of the router not the LAN side. This has come up in the past. Unless the options on your router allow you to change this you may have to use another router to "run" your network and the plug the ATA router (WAN side) into it (LAN port) so that the FXS ports are now behind your other router.

The possible alternative is to allow them to acquire a public IP (not a fixed internal IP) and treat them as if they are "remote" extensions (STUN enabled). That may, or may not work.

ok ... I now configured ATA extentions as remote extentions (and deleted Gateway) and still can´t dial outbound. 3cx Log now is :

ATA Ip is 192.168.1.10 and the 3cx Server Ip is 192.168.1.100

Is there anything else I could do now ???

First off, and I'm assuming that these are the two extensions on the router/ATA, because they share one IP they should each have a unique port number. change one to port 5061.

I'm not sure if this is going to work. For the extensions to work "remotely" they should not be registering with a private IP they should have STUN enabled and be "showing" a public IP and port number. How will you call out without the Gateway?

This is how you should probably have it set up... Modem-->router-->3CX PC
-->Router/ATA--->phones

The router with the ATA should be behind another router, if so then the extensions are NOT remote.

Remote would be like this... Modem---> Switch--->router/ATA(first public IP)--->phones
--->router (second public IP)---3CX PC

Then you would let the ATA pick up a public IP (no STUN needed, hopefully) for the two lines, if it shares one IP then make sure each line has a different port number
