Solved Unilateral communication problem France / Germany

Hello,

We have a French customer, who contacts the German, however, the user can hear his interlocutor well but his interlocutor does not hear him.

The problem arises with several telephone numbers.

On the other hand, when a person from Germany contacts the user, there is obviously no problem.

On internal communications or communications in France no problem.

3CX is in v16, the telephone used is a SNOM M65 DECT on the M700 terminals.

Do you know why ?

Without knowing more, my first guess would be an issue with the French provider.

This may be how their calls are being routed to Germany (what provider they use to certain destinations), and in particular, the destination provider. Is there something in common with the numbers being called that have an issue...all they same mobile company perhaps?

I would also look into what Codec is being used, and if it is the same, on working calls to Germany.

You may want to get the French provider involved, examining the difference between working and non-working calls to Germany.

Thank you for your help and sorry for being late in responding.

The problem came from the operator with a freight forwarder.

The problem is therefore solved.
