Unknown Caller ID shows as Operator on switchboard

Hello

We have a bug after this last updates where a call comes in as unknown caller ID seen in the 3cx Presence window but the switchboard shows the call as internal ext or operator. Has anyone else had this issue?

- PBX Full Version number
- Windows app full version number
- Whether this was an internal or external call

PBX Version 16.0.6.655 All windows app versions. External calls coming in with Unknown caller ID show as Internal ext operator. All phone numbers calling in with blocked show as blocked this only shows as internal ext in the switchboard Presence window shows Unknown with number. My client is version is 16.3.0.179

I think you should raise a ticket with support because this will require a more in depth look at your trunks, inbound rules and routing.

Support has had us do multiple packet captures and we have engaged them but no fix yet. Asking other customers may help get this fixed faster.
