unlock individual managemend functions to users

Hi together,

would it be possible to share individual fuctions from Management Console like holidays or the IVR to the user?

At current it is only possible to share the whole pbx management which has a lot of other functions we dont wont to share to the user

Hi @bit101

There is currently no option to share only individual settings however, there is a difference in admin rights to access Management Console Settings, and you do not need to share the whole Management Console access with the user:

Super System Admin (Super Admin) has access to the full system, i.e. Parameters (as per details in the admin credentials in the security settings)

Phone System Administration rights given to the users have limited access.

System Administration has more rights to manage the system, but not full admin access.


You can adjust user rights via the Users section > Click on the Extension in question > Navigate to the Rights tab. You then have the option to decide what rights you wish to provide the extension with.
