Unregistered Extension on Queues

Unregistered Extensionshould not appear on queues switchborad on webclient or Windows phone app. This make some confusions to the queue administrator, that see a lot of agents login on the queue but they are anuvailable becasuse they are unregistered.

Hi @segurtec,

Why not grant the queue manager extension, rights to manage extensions which are apart of the same group, then from the Management Console log the agents who are not on shift out of the queue? The agents themselves can also log themselves out of the queue before leaving work?
