Unregistered Extensions in soft phone

After upgrading to V14 we seem to have lost the Grey status functionality in the 3CX soft phone. This has severely impacted us because we are no longer able to search presence tab in 3CX soft phone. We have rules setup for unregisted extensions, why would 3CX now hide them?

This functionality still exists in the Android app.

If you hover the mouse cursor over a Gray/Unregistered extension you can still see the status/profile of that extension.

Hey Nick,

The Grey extensions no longer show up at all. If an extention goes unregisted, it falls off the presence screen.

Click the gear in the presence screen and check "Show Unregistered Extensions."
