unused license

Hi, i have a unused license for a 4 PRO. it have a domain name to it example: something999.ca.3cx.us/. also it have my email address in it. how do i reset it to a differnet name? and change it to another email address?

I was going to set this up for someone, but he didn't get it. so i fill out all the info purchase the license and never installed. Can someone tell me how to change the domain name and email address and name on this license?

nvm. i firgured it out. i need to login to my portal and unlink it from the FQDN. then I was able to add it to my new install. thank you
