Unusual Requirements

Hi

We are looking to replace a system where the end user has some unusual requirements

The two main things are

He has about 150 different geographical numbers for different parts of the cvountry.
When a caller rings he wants the display on the phone to show the number the caller dialled rather that the callers ID

The other one is he wants to be able to dial a code for ALL of the 150 numbers to be able to change the caller ID he is sending out to be whichever one of his numbers he chooses so that he looks like he is calling from a local office

Are these two things possible?

Still new to 3CX, but can't seem to find a way of doing these.

This will put the DID name (fill it in with the number if you wish) before the Callers Info.


Outbound is not as easy... changes coming - but without 150 trunks - not easy to do right now.

While not on 3cx, we use a local CID service provided through voxtelesys. They also have a 3cx plugin, apparently - though I have not used it.

In one of our dialers, we have about 300 some local DID's that we source the calls from, to make them appear local to the calling number.
