Guys, I tried to update my phone system with this package New 16.0 Update 5 Hotfix 2, for fix some issues with web cliet. But when I selected the package and click on Download selected button, the system show a message which the system will send a message to administrator when the download finished. However, both the e-mail not sended and the package isn't download. Someone else catched this problem ? How can I do to update my system ? I checked from 3CX web page and I found only this way to update my system. There's a other way to do that ?
