Does this update fix the CRM refresh token issue in the Test modal? (I had a private discussion with a staff member about this.)

They warned everyone that the v18 Electron DesktopApp was not supported in v20 and could stop working at anytime.

Yes sure, not a problem for us. I only want to inform you guys that the end is near ;-)

Tidbits of this update for everyone:

- No more submenu in the Webclient! (The ...)
- Google Workspace (contacts, calendar as presence and SSO) is coming. No docs yet.
- Better wording of queue managers/notifications tab.

This is going to be a great update to v20 when fully fledged!

Also a custom greeting for the queue voicemail, so it doesnt use the default of the prompt set, or require a custom prompt set just for the voicemail.

This is awesome. Just wanted to say this will make life easier for me and my clients. Lots of great pieces in this update. Thank you!

Can we finally get rid of the Do not disturb while leaving the status sync on? Or ditching the feature altogether?? -jumping in excitement-

Just click on the little X next to a status you do not want to sync

Hi

Yes, that's exactly it. We're happy :) Hope it gets released before we do the roll-out to more branches here. It will save us a lot of headaches and users' missed calls.

For now, all we have is the "Update presence from Teams clients to 3CX Apps" we can disable:

Do your roll out and then you can enable this when it is final release. It is literally one button to press afterwards!

I've updated our demo system and confirmed the client is not reconnecting. Can we get confirmation from 3CX that the app will be going away with update 5. I've got an unknown hundreds of users using the app that will need to be upgraded. The sooner we can send out communications to our clients the better.

wonder why mine is working fine then.

I'm actually super excited for the custom voicemail greetings update, it's a Christmas miracle! Any scope however for being able to define users and/or email addresses for messages to be sent to? Some clients prefer to have everything hit a group mailbox, others may prefer to have certain users given the messages.
