Update 7 Hotfix

We’ve released a Hotfix Build 20.0.7.1080 for Update 7 that addresses key stability and maintenance issues affecting outbound rules, voicemail notifications, backups and TimescaleDB metrics. We strongly recommend all users running Update 7 (or earlier) to apply this hotfix as soon as possible.

We have Google workspace integration and user sync active. After the hotfix last night, the sync overrides the mobile number with the office number from Google. Seems to be as mismatch since the hotfix. With 20.0.7.1060 the mobile number was synced correctly.

Can someone else confirm this behaviour?



Edit:

From Google Admin Directory

The mobile number in 3CX comes from the first entry tagged with "work". If the number is tagged with "mobil" it will be ignored since .1080

Hello Benedikt,

Please note that for user sync we only sync the work phone. This is also mentioned here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/google-workspace/. We also tested on 20.0.7.1060 and we have the same result (only work phone is synced).
