I'm trying to upgrade from v15.5.1694.0 to v15.5.3849.1 and the upgrade fails. Log shows multiple archives that are trying to be downloaded with 404 not found errors. I've manually browsed to the addresses of these archives, and the paths don't even exist!

Get:1 http://httpredir.debian.org/debian/ jessie/main libpcap0.8 amd64 1.6.2-2 [133 kB]
Get:2 http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3cxpbx/ 3cxpbx 15.5.3849.1 [80.6 MB]
Err http://httpredir.debian.org/debian/ jessie/main tcpdump amd64 4.6.2-5+deb8u1
404 Not Found [IP: 151.101.0.204 80]
Fetched 80.7 MB in 1min 51s (723 kB/s)
E: Failed to fetch http://httpredir.debian.org/debian/pool/main/t/tcpdump/tcpdump_4.6.2-5+deb8u1_amd64.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 151.101.0.204 80]
E: Unable to fetch some archives

What can be done to fix these paths and get this upgrade installed? Full log attached.

Did you do 'apt-get update' first? You could also try doing 'apt-get install tcpdump' first and then try upgrading.

Pardon my ignorance. I'm not really much of a linux user. I initiated the update via the 3cx GUI as I have in the past. I didn't run any commands manually. Are you saying I should be able to SSH into the server, run the 'apt-get update' command, run the 'apt-get install tcpdump' command, then restart the upgrade via the GUI?

I assumed from the update log you were already in the PBX via SSH. I haven't had the pleasure of updates via the GUI failing so I didn't know you would get an update log output. But yes you nailed the process basically. I'd do 'apt-get update' and then 'apt-get upgrade' to see if it resolves it. If you get the same error then try 'apt-get install tcpdump' and then 'apt-get upgrade'.
