update forum profile ?

I have a paid license for 3CX, but my forum profile says that I am a "free user". How do I fix that ?

If you’re not logged in using the email address on the license try adding yours as another person on the account, in the customer portal.

And you also have to log out and log back in to the forum afterwards.
