Solved update from Debian 9 to 10 failed

Hi everyone, I have an issue updating 3CX from Debian 9 to 10, error message as follows:
3CX attempted to update your 3CX Debian OS from Debian 9 to 10 and failed.

This may be caused by changes made to the OS after installation. The attached log file shows where the update failed. Anyone has the same problem? Any advise will be appericated. Thanks.

Hi there,

Please reboot your system and run the upgrade again, it should be OK. The apt process is stuck.
