Hi,

is there a way we can update the phonebook automatically?

We have developped our own application and I can install the odbc driver on the 3cx server. I can also develop a little tool to create a compatible xml file (or csv file). Is it possible I can dump a file on the server and 3CX will automatically "import" the file?

Hi,

If you develop your own application then try to use "3CX Configuration and Call control" API which is available on the host of PBX server. It is much easier and reliable. Also your application will have highest possible level of compatibility with the next versions of PBX. I think that it worth to try.
