I have an update problem with my Fanvil x4 phones.
The fw. version on the phones is currently 2.14.0.7386 but 3cx is telling me that this isn't the latest firmware and it's not supported.
Phones provisioned and they are working correctly, I can do and receive calls.
Our other phones (x6U) will automatically be updated without having to do anything, but the x4 phones aren't able to do that.
Everything that I have done so far:
1. Already updated the phones with the current fanvil version manually (we started with 2.12.0.7275)
2. Factory reset (a few times)
3. I've tried to download the latest 3cx version 2.14.0.7387 directly from fanvil but there isn't a newer one than 7386
4. Updated the phone manually with 3cx (didn't work)
5. Rebooted the phone
Am I missing anything? Thank you for your help!
