Your PBX administrator will create an extension (account) for you and you will get an "welcome email"; it contains all necessary informations for you to proper login to a client, including a link to the WebClient; open that link into a browser, enter your username an pass provided in the eMail, and there click on the avatar and you will see an option "Scan QR code", which you should scan with the IOS (or Android) client - and that's all. Or, you may scan directly the QR code provided in the welcome email.

@Vali_3CX can you get them to add the word "welcome" back to the "Welcome" email? The subject line has been changed and the text does not say "welcome" anywhere. We used to have users search their inbox for 3CX and welcome to find that email...
