I just updated my system (v10) with the new sp4.
My Norton Internet Securite thinks the file \users\<name>\appdata\local\temp\3cxupdates\scripts\tcxdbupdater.exe (that obviously comes with the servicepack) is a virus and will put it in quarantine. (It's not a virus of course).
So temporary disable Norton Internet Security before updating!
I told NIS that this file was not a virus and NIS did put it back in place. I ran it manually but I am not sure I should have done this. (Got no prompt whatsoever).
The system seems to run okay now...
Oh, missed a log entry. The file c:\program files\3cx phonesystem\data\db\cluster_80.exe is identified a virus as well. False positive of course.
Regards,
Edwin.
