Updating firmware on Polycom 450/650 phones

Downloaded the new firmware from 3CX, however, we need to test specific phones. We use the DHCP Option 66 feature. Does anyone know how to segregate test phones from production?

Just follow the instruction in the guide below and set up only the phones you want to test into option 66 so only those get configured

Thanks for the advice. We were able to successfully test the firmware update on our Polycom 450/650's. We also have Polycom VVX 1500D phones. Does 3CX support this model? I downloaded the latest firmware from the Polycom site, but would like to know if there are any gotchas with this model.

Please note that this model is not supported and no template exists for this model. You will have to manually add these phones and see if they work for you
