Solved Updating To V18 Windows Issue

Hi, After procced update to v18 on a windows 3cx mobile devices stuck on connecting.
all ports on firewall are checked.
Any thoughts

Have you tried rescanning the QR code for the extension on the updated v18 system?

Yes and still the same issue also on sip phones when i make an external call or receive one i cant hear anything and also they can hear me

To summarise the above:

1. Mobile clients aren't connecting (on all extensions)
2. SIP Phones don't receive anything but they send voice and on the other side they can hear you?
3. What happens over the Web Client? (extension to extension? extension to external?)
4. From your IP phone If you dial *777 do you hear yourself?
5. Same as step 4: If you dial your Voicemail number, do you hear the prompts?

   No they cannot hear me or hear them

You stated that all ports on the firewall were checked. Just to clarify, have you ran the firewall check from the 3CX direct?
