Updatting to the latest SBC

Our SBC is on a Win 10 Pro machine. 3CX is on Google. Version.16.0.655. I updated to the latest SBC and the SBC wont come back up. This also happened when we upgraded to the beta awhile back. I had to delete and reinstall to get it going again.
