Upgrade from 15.5 to 16SP2 and perpetual license PRO SC8 ... what if... ??

I have one 3CX V15.5 running with PRO SC8 license perpetual.
Can I upgrade to V16SP2 without issues or could I have problems related to license features ?

I discovered that PRO SC 8 not exist anymore and was downgraded to Standard SC8 that don't have queues, ivr, etc...

You will still have the same license when you upgrade to V16SP2 - 3CX Pro SC8

You can't buy a new Pro 8SC perpetual license anymore but you can still buy maintenance for it. You will keep the version you currently have when you upgrade. But if you let the maintenance lapse past the grace period your only option will for 8SC Pro will be an annual license
