Upgrade from v18 Debian 10 to v20 Debian 12 error

Hi all,
I have a 3cx v18 Update 9 (Build 31) on Debian and I am trying to upgrade to v20, but upgrade abort with error. I have found the following error in logs.

"title": "File ownership problem",
"message": "There are files under /var/lib/3cxpbx/Bin/nginx/conf with the wrong user and/or group ownership. Please make sure the files are owner by the user: phonesystem"

Could anybody help me with this error?

check that the permissions for any files in this directory are not assigned to "root" but to the "phonesystem" user.

Thi sis what the error message is saying. If you have done any modification to the configuration of the PBX, it may have changed the ownership permissions.
