Solved Upgrade resources on VPC

Hello I have a 3cx pbx that is hosted in aws lightsail. I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade the resources it needs from 3cx or do I need to do that in aws?

You would indeed need to do this via the Hosting provider in this case AWS. I'm sure they have documentation available explaining exactly how to do this.

As a precautionary measure, you might want to consider taking a backup of your 3CX PBX and moving it offsite before undertaking this task. Also, performing this during out of office hours would be ideal as this might result in some downtime due to a mandatory system reboot, etc.

You need to take a snapshot of the server, turn off the old server, create a new server from the snapshot, then move the IP from the old server to the new server.
