Upgrade T53 from 95.84.0.95 to 96.87.0.16

I've tried to upgrade the firmware for two T53 phones from 95.84.0.95 to 96.87.0.16 but both fail.

Does anyone know the best way to get these firmware upgraded?

Edit: I have also tried upgrading them to 96.86.0.70 but same issue (fails to upgrade).

Hi,

Please contact Yealink or use their Knowledge Base.

You will need to upgrade step by step, the phone will not allow you to jump to the latest version.

95.84.0.95 to 96.87.0.16 this step is too big (84 -> 87)
So please check Yealink information !!!

But before this you must reach V86, because V84 is too old and the phone will not allow you.
