Upgrade to v18 and Debian 10 (Buster)

@jbland with htop you have to sort them in order to check what is running.
Better to run command " service 3* status " and check them all one by one.
This will give you a detailed output for each service individually.

The DHCP identifier ended up changing, so my reservation wasn't triggering. The system was online fine but not at the expected internal IP. Got that fixed, all is well and I'm on D10 v18 ! Thanks for your help
