Upgrade to V18

My 3CX PBX is running to version 16. Is it possible to upgrade to version 18 using my current license?

When you log into 3cx console , on the right hand side what is your maintenance expiry date

What do you mean by Vivaldi Maintenance? Based on the product details above, can I upgrade to version 18?
