Upgrade to V20 Required but not possible - Hot Desking not supported

I keep getting emails from 3CX telling me I need to upgrade all of my customer's 3CX instances from v18 to v20 and pointing me to the v20 Upgrade Checklist here: https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-upgrade-checklist-faq/

I've checked again today and Step 8 still says "Step 8 - Using Hot Desking or Scheduled Reports - Don't upgrade, these features are not ready yet".
Does anybody know if Hot Desking is ready or when it will be ready as this is preventing me from upgrading and it's getting closer and closer to the date where I can no longer use v18 so I'm going to be in a bit of a predicament!

As a gold partner you should know what is ready in v20 or not. Anyway, hotdesking is working fine.

We are taking step to bring all documents up-to-date. Blogs are somewhat of an oddity as they are meant to reflect a specific point in time, but that one.... it's a bit of a thorn..
