upgrade to

hello,

i just upgraded the softphone from v6 to 14. i configured the settings in v14 to be the same. the v14 clients says not connected. is there something i am overlooking in v14?

...and you are using Version 14, of the 3CX Windows Phone, with version 14 of the 3CX PBX? It won't work with anything else. Version 6, of the 3CX Windows Phone was the last version that worked with just about anything.
