Upgrade V12 SP6.1 to V15?

Is it possible to upgrade directly from V12 SP6.1 to V15 directly or do we need to upgrade to V12.5 first, we are not worried about the call logs?

Hello,

you can not go directly from v12 to v15 as you will have issues with your restore. I would suggest since you are on V12 sp6.1 to upgrade tp v12 sp6.2 and then go to V14 and from there to V15.
