Upgrade V18 to V20 3CX

I have tried to apply the update from version 18 to version 20 of 3CX, which includes upgrading the Debian operating system from version 10 to version 12. However, I have encountered some issues, such as the following:




Is it feasible to take the backup from version 18 and perform a fresh installation of version 20, and then just restore the backup from version 18?

Yes, This is how it's done for a windows install. Probably easier then trying the update route.

The only supported upgrade path is via the console.

if youre failing then Id suggest a backup and restore to v20.
