Upgrade v18 to v20?

I have v18 professional phone system license. How do upgrade to v20? Instructions state to login to 3cx console and go to Updates menu at top. When i do, the menu states "Your system is up to date".

Also, please confirm i can upgrade to V20 professional on self hosted vm (in azure).

If you are on the Windows version of 3CX, V20 has not been released for that platform yet. Currently V20 is only available for Linux (for production use).
