@LeonidasG - Thanks for the info! I noticed another user on my system didn't have the link icon greyed out like mine so I checked his Click2Talk/Click2Meet tab and neither Click2Talk nor Click2Meet are checked. My Click2Meet was checked and was set for "Notify me by chat of new meeting request" so I changed my Click2Talk/Click2Meet to match his by un-checking both options. After refreshing my web client and clicking "WebMeeting" my link icon is still greyed out, but his isn't when he clicks "WebMeeting" on his web client.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Thanks for your feedback. We will check pixel 2 - that was 100% working with the new option when 16.35 version was released. We will check asap maybe something in the latest update causes the new functionality to fail.

Re webclient
Voicemail is still there. A simple list of voicemails. There is nothing that can go wrong there. I do not see what the problem is.
Webclient app yes - is mobile friendly but not in all pages - we are working on it. But for now we are marketing it to be used from a browser on a mac or desktop so yes, if you do things that we do not promote, you cannot come and tell us, This is Half baked - You are using it wrong.

This is why we are working on this to make all pages mobile friendly.
... Rome was not built in a day..

Why don't you tell me the problems the Webclient has, in the same way you described the problem of the pixel?

I think you missed my point a little, I wasn't actually criticizing the web client. I was saying that you HAVEN'T done what Google does, by yanking things and offering half baked replacements. In the time since I posted this the voice mail feature has gotten more reliable. I don't actually have any issues with the web client, I was just saying don't discontinue the desktop app before the web client is a complete replacement.
