Upgraded from v18 to v20 – Need to Change FQDN to Custom Business Domain

I recently upgraded my 3CX system from version 18 to version 20, and I’d like to change my FQDN to use our custom business domain instead of the 3CX-provided one.
Any advice or step-by-step guidance would be really appreciated.

Id recommend reaching out to a 3CX partner who can help you set up your own FQDN.

you'll have additional cost for your SSL certificates and such, so depending on why you're doing it, its easier to just leave it as 3CX.

Its also not possible to change your FQDN in v20 so you'll have to set it up again from scratch.
