Upgraded to 16.0.5.612 web client and iOS stopped working

Upgraded to v16.0.5.612 on Debian9 and now my web clients in Chrome+extensions and iOS app fail at outgoing calls.

Calls to extensions and chats work.

I've looked in /var/lib/3cxpbx but I do not see any obvious errors or problems.

I generated and downloaded at SupportInfo_*_zip and looked at all the files inside the zip but do not see any obvious errors or problems.

What baffles me is the AastraLink phone continue to work.

I do not even know where to start debugging this problem.

Any suggestions?
