Upgraded to V20 But only System Owners can see Reports

Hi,

Upgraded to V20 on Saturday,,was aware reporting was different here, but in documentation it said Manager or above could access admin panel reports, https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/ but the only way I can find of giving access, is to lift to System Owner, then they see reporting suddenly appear, which I do not want to give that level of access, a bit to dangerous to allow them that level of access. Is there something I am missing?

You can assign the Manager and Owner however have you ensured that are also under the same Department?

Can you add to the default group as well?

Already in DEFAULT group as well

Have another server hosted and supported in USA, have response to Support request, that reads they are seeing the same issue

Notes: I have been trying to figure out why User could not access Admin panel Reports until lifted to System Owner, tried each level below but only saw reports when set as system owner. the 3CX documentation says this should be available to anyone above manager? https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/ Read this but does not.

Voxtelesys, Yes we have found this out to be true as well. We are not sure why it is doing it currently.

Guess it is a bug, anyone 3CX may have more knowledge.
