Upgrading firmware on Grandstream GPX 2135

Anyone else have experience upgrading the firmware on the grandstream gpx 2135. I hit the upgrade firmware button in the 3CX management console, but it does nothing at all. I'd rather not set up my own server to flash the firmware over to the phone. And I kind of need to upgrade since 3cx complains that 1.06 is to old and it needs 1.09 firmware
