Upgrading from Pro to Enterprise - On-Prem

On renewal in a few months, when I go with a new license of Enterprise, when the new key is applied does it automatically add features not in Pro, or does a uninstall/reinstall need to be done?

Updating the license key is all that is required. You will not need to reinstall, etc.
