Upgrading from v11 to v12

Howdy!

We are current in our upgrade insurance through April 2014. What is the process to upgrade to v12. Is there a cost?

I assume it's just a backup and then an install, and the settings will migrate. Can I just download the trial, and will my key work?

We are current in our upgrade insurance through April 2014.

There are no costs involved to upgrade your Phone System.

What is the process to upgrade to v12.

As you can read in the release notes of v12 SP2 (http://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/3cx-phone-system-12-service-pack-2/)
"Backup your 3CX Phone System, uninstall your current version and download and install the latest version. Once the installation has finished, restore your backup."

And: "3CXPhone System version 11 users can remove 3CX MyPhone, Desktop Components and Silverlight using this tool http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXV11MyPhoneCleanupTool.msi"
