Solved Upgrading T54W to firmware 96.86.0.45

Hi Everyone,

I thought this may save others some time and effort. I attempted to update my T54Ws from the 3CX console with firmware 96.86.0.45, but they all stopped at 87%. The devices were on version 96.84.0.35. After trying many things, I went to try and force the latest firmware into them and thought I would download it directly from Yealink. Here I found a download package with instructions and firmware 96.86.0.18, which it turns out is a required interim firmware update.

The firmware download pack with instructions and interim firmware can be obtained from Yealink directly:

Thanks for sharing! This was a known issue that was already discussed on the forum a while a back, and Yealink had promptly provided solutions for any of their affected customers.
