Upgrading Yealink FW via management console doesn't work

Since there is a new FW update for the yealink phones I wanted to apply them. However once I click on the phones which need to be updated then click "Firmware" it doesn't send to the phones and they don't reboot and pull down the new FW.

3CX is hosted in GCP.

I believe I've been able to do it remotely before.

Same here, TxS Series updated fine, but the TxG series won't pull firmware from 3CX. Mine is also hosted in GCP

Local 3CX install here and all Yealink phones updated ok.

We also released a new template that might help with this issue in some scenarios so i would recommend downloading the template, re-provisioning the phones and then try to upgrade them again
