Solved Upload backup stuck

I'm trying to create a new 3CX server on a Lightsail instance. I have an existing setup (on Lightsail), from which I have a backup that I want to setup on the new instance. I have been trying to install from portal.3cx.com, however when I get to the page where it asks me to upload the back up the process just seems to get stuck, with the blue line indicating an upload in progress just swirling. I have had a couple of attempts at this on both occasions I have left it for about an hour in case the upload is just really slow.

The backup is 162MB, which is well below the 1024MB limit stated, so I'm wondering why there is a problem with this.

Hi,

Have you tried using an incognito window or another browser? (or cleaning the browser's cache)

If you open the browser console (F12) and then try to upload, do you get any error?

Tried from both MS Edge (normal and incognito) and Firefox. It seems to be trying to do a PUT call to storage.googleapis.com which is failing in all cases.

It looks like my internet connection wasn't fast enough to complete the upload of the backup. I have since moved the backup to one of our servers and run the process from there and it went very smoothly and quickly.
