[URGENT] PBX has been updated to version 16

That could all very well be but it's just crazy to make a basic feature like queues premium and remove it when doing an update without notice and creating downtime for clients. Or am i the one who's crazy??

This just makes me anxious to update any 3CX system in the future. Which other features will be removed without notice?

Queues are not a basic feature. And there were TONS of announcements both in the forums, in the blogs and via email about the upcoming changes. And paying customers are upgraded for free to retain features they had paid for in v15.5

If you think it's not basic then why was it there in V15 to begin with and why remove it? It seems there are a bunch of other people with systems not functioning anymore in this thread.

After i first experienced this problem i searched toroughly but only found forum posts about other people having the same problem with queues missing. Can you point out some of these blog/forum posts where it was announced this was going to be removed?

Anyone on 3cx v16 with Grandstream tell me if the firmware for phones was updated? I've been stuggling with a firmware bug for months now.

I've got a few instances that have upgraded to v16 and new firmware for 16xx and 21xx are available but not the 17xx.
