I assume that would be a paid license. What is a commercial license ?
here the edition comparison

I don't understand two things:
-The edition comparison page
-How an update can break your PBX?
The edition comparison page
When i search for the word 'queue' on this page i only find:
Call Queue Group Rights Management
Call & Queue Reporting
Where does it say that the basic usage of queues in V16 Standard edition is not included?
How an update can break your PBX?
In all my years of working with business critical software i have never seen an update that intentionally breaks a platform where the developers do not warn the users about this. Even worse is that you can't rollback without contacting 3CX support.
I can imagine the 3CX team wants to tempt Standard license users (free) into becoming paid users. There is nothing wrong with that. But why do it in this way? I had upgraded to 16 BETA earlier and discovered that my clients could not call us anymore and i almost lost a client because of this.
Why doensn't 3CX warn you that the update will remove the queues feature?
Why even remove such a basic feature?
Why is this not mentioned on the edition comparison page?
This thread talks about upgrading the standard to pro license. I just upgraded a standard license server and it still says the license is standard V16.0.982. But still no queues.
I have already exerpienced this during the V16 beta. I made a snapshot of my VPS before updating and i could rollback in 10 seconds but i had to contact 3CX support to downgrade my license key. Even then they still continued to rollout this update even though they knew it was going to break many systems. Very irresponsible.
