I setup a remote phone for someone out of state using stun. It has been working for a couple weeks. Yesterday it stopped registering. The xxx.ca.3cx.us url resolves to the wrong IP address on her network, resolves correctly at our office and other locations i have tried. I have even tried using Googles DNS and it still resolve to an AWS server. I manually added the account to the Yealink t46U phone with the IP address and it connects then tries to provision and changes the settings back to the URL from the IP. Nothing has changed on either side with the firewall or in the 3CX software. We are running the latest version and release. The Yealink phone is also on the latest firmware. Any ideas?

If it's incorrect on their entire network it's likely a host override in their DNS, as if someone tried to set up split DNS?

To an AWS Server or to your PBX?

If Goole resolves it to some other server then you have an issue that you have to fix, it won't be the remote phone's issue.

Only on the remote network does Google resolve to the wrong address, everywhere else it is correct. I logged into their router and ran an nslookup with the same results. I set her up with the 3CX App on her iphone, while on cell it works as soon as she connects to her wifi with her iphone it goes offline. We are working with her ISP on the issue. Remote home user in Idaho.
