url:tel link not working with 3cx

url:tel link not working with 3cx. 3cx is made default program and callto: and tel: protocol selected 3cxclick to call by default.
when i open tel:link on chrome it keep asking open url:tell protocol.
Please help me to solve this issue.
OS:Windows 7 Professional
3cx16V Windows Client.
