US dialling locally to UK and US dialing locally to the UK

we have a large opportunity with a sales company who have a US office and a UK office. We need to know if the the UK office will be able to dial locally to the US and if the US will be able to dial locally to the UK whilst both being on the same 3CX system or would they need 2 different 3CX systems? I.e could the US and UK be hosted on the same account or would they need to be seperated
