We are using SugarCRM Community Edition and would like to configure it so we can add a button in the Calls screen to perform an outbound call to the number included on it.
To do so we have checked the documentation of the CRM Command Line API from 3CX. Seems to be pretty easy to achieve but have 2 questions I am not totally clear about:
a) Does it need to be installed and launched the 3CX Assistant in each pc used to work with SugarCRM... or just need to have 3CX Assistant in the same pc/server where SugarCRM is installed? Is it not enough with the 3CX SIP Phone system?.
b) Will the outbound calls performed with this CRM Command Line API work in 3CX V7 Free?
